1am: It’s rough, we pulled out of Fishguard harbour less than 10 minutes ago and the ferry is already “rockin and rollin” like we’re on the Kali River rapids at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. I’m sitting in the cafe drinking a cup of tea and getting my GoPro ready to film the endless swell that is waiting for us in the Emerald Isle – pump levels are at a 12 out of 10!!
